The island of Borneo is divided into four separate states : Sarawak ; covering the northwest of the island and wrapping itself around Brunei’s separate halves; The independent Sultanate of Brunei; Sabah; which occupies the northwest tip of Borneo; and the Indonesian territory of Kalimantan. Sarawak and Sabah is Malaysian territory in the island. |
